Refund policy

All products come with a 30-day warranty.

Missing, defective or faulty goods; incorrect or misprinted items

We make every effort to ensure that the goods you purchase arrive at your door in tip top condition, exactly as you ordered. However occasionally we all make mistakes and sometimes mishaps occur. If you receive the wrong item, or an item is defective, faulty or misprinted, please take photos or videos and email us within 30 days of the date of delivery, and we will replace them free of charge, or offer a refund if you prefer. If an item does not arrive within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, please get in touch. 

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Depending on your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may not have appeared on your credit card statement due to the billing cycle. If you still have not received your refund in 2 weeks, please get in touch.

Changed your mind?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. We source the highest quality products that may be shipped from various suppliers in different countries, so it becomes logistically impossible to manage. If your order has yet to be processed/shipped and we are able to stop it, we will be able to change or cancel your order.

Items printed on-demand, including the On Point range, are non-refundable (unless there has been a misprinting error on our part).
