Shipping policy

Shipping Information

We source the highest quality products that may be shipped from various suppliers in different countries, so shipping times vary by product. This means your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. 

Order Cutoff Time

The order cutoff time is 4:00pm (UK time). Orders placed after this will be processed the following working day. 

Shipping Times

The vast majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days and are delivered to mainland UK addresses within a further 2 days. Some of our items, particularly those dispatched from overseas partners, may take longer, up to 9 days. 

Shipping Fees

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of £5.00 per order. For orders of £20 or more, shipping is free. This will be automatically discounted at checkout. 

International orders

For international orders, additional shipping fees apply, and packages may be inspected by customs officials. Please get in touch for further information. 

Tracking

Once shipped, you will generally be provided with a tracking number. You can use this to track the progress of your order. Click the Track link from the home page menu and enter your details. 

My tracking says ‘No information available at the moment’

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Lost / missing packages

Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility at no charge to you.

Changes to your order

We can make changes to, or cancel, your order only within 12 hours of your purchase. After 12 hours, we can't change or cancel your order because it is being fulfilled and being processed for shipment.
